How we handle your information.

This notice describes what happens to information you send to Paradigm Shift Concepts Inc. ("PSC", "we") through this website. Last updated 21 October 2026.

What this website collects

This website is informational. It has no accounts, no logins, no payments and no customer database. It does not use analytics services, advertising trackers or third-party embeds, and it does not set cookies.

The contact form

The contact form is the way to reach us through this website. When you submit it, we receive the name, email address, optional company name and message you type. The website sends these to our company mailbox as a single email message, using our email provider (Google Workspace). The message is not written to a database or file on this website. Once delivered, it is kept in our mailbox like any other business correspondence and used only to reply to you and to follow up on your request.

If sending fails, the page tells you so and nothing is stored; your entries stay in the form so you can try again.

Abuse protection and server logs

To limit automated abuse, the website applies a per-connection limit on how many messages can be submitted in a short period and checks that the form was submitted by a person rather than a script (a hidden field and a minimum time between opening the page and sending). The web server keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser type; the contact handler records only the outcome of a submission and a keyed hash of the connection address, never your name, email or message. Logs are retained for a short period for security and troubleshooting and are then overwritten.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. The only service involved in delivering your message is our email provider, Google Workspace, acting on our behalf.

Your choices

If you would like us to delete correspondence you have sent us, ask us through the contact form and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Changes

If the way this website handles information changes, this notice will be updated to match.
